OUR STORY

Brandon and Bradley Chubb NFL players and co-founders of Chubb Foundation

Driven to Inspire, Built to Give Back

Founded by Brandon and Bradley Chubb, the Chubb Foundation empowers youth to unlock their full potential. Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and learning opportunities, we equip the next generation with the tools to achieve greatness and create lasting impact in their communities.

The Chubb Foundation was born from a deep passion for mentorship, resilience, and giving back. The foundation reflects their commitment to empowering young people with the same opportunities and support that shaped their own lives.

Growing up in Marietta, GA, Brandon and Bradley were immersed in sports from an early age. Their father, Aaron Chubb, was a standout athlete—an All-Region football player at Rockmart High School, a defensive force for the University of Georgia Bulldogs, and an NFL draftee by the New England Patriots. Inspired by his dedication and discipline, the brothers followed in his footsteps, learning firsthand the power of hard work and perseverance.

Their mother, Carmen, is an athlete in her own right, competing in marathons, half-marathons, and triathlons. Beyond her personal achievements, she has dedicated her time to serving others, volunteering with Back on My Feet, a nonprofit that helps individuals experiencing homelessness regain stability. Her commitment was recognized in 2016 when she was named "Volunteer of the Year."

In a household filled with competition, determination, and a heart for service, Brandon and Bradley developed a vision: to create a foundation that would equip young people with the mentorship, exposure, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through the Chubb Foundation, they are turning that vision into action—helping the next generation realize their potential and achieve greatness.

“What motivated me to get out of my bed every Sunday morning was knowing that I was going to be able to put a smile on hundreds of kid’s faces that day.”

— Brandon Chubb (on volunteering for H.O.P.E.)

Bradley Chubb, a standout outside linebacker for the Miami Dolphins, is a force on and off the field. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Bradley had an exceptional college career at NC State, earning ACC Defensive Player of the Year, the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, and the Ted Hendricks Award in 2017, along with unanimous All-American honors. His dominant play led to his selection as the 5th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.

Bradley quickly made an impact, recording 12 sacks in his rookie season and earning a Pro Bowl selection in 2021. After a trade to the Dolphins in 2022, he signed an extension to solidify his future in Miami, where he earned a second Pro Bowl selection in 2023 and continues to lead with aspirations of a Super Bowl win.

Beyond football, Bradley is an entrepreneurial force. He was named to Miami’s Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2023, recognizing him as a leader shaping the city’s business landscape. His commitment to giving back is at the heart of his work with the Chubb Foundation, which he co-founded with his brother, Brandon. Through the foundation, Bradley uses sports to inspire and activate the potential of young people, offering opportunities in athletics, entrepreneurship, education, and community service. His annual "Chubb Club" tour connects him with youth at 20 different Boys and Girls Clubs, empowering the next generation to reach their fullest potential.

"For me, the Chubb Foundation is about more than just giving back—it’s about showing up. I’ve always had a passion for working hands-on with young people, giving them the exposure, mentorship, and opportunities they might not otherwise have. I know firsthand how the right guidance can change a life, and I want every kid we reach to see that their dreams are possible. This foundation is my way of ensuring the next generation has the support and resources to build a brighter future."
